Once your order is made and received, I will post out your order on my next available working day, using the delivery method you have selected. You should usually receive within 2-3 days. If you wish for your order to be sent out on a certain date, this is no problem but you MUST message me first via the contact page to ensure I have that date available. Holidays will be stated on the final page before checkout.

If you live local to Hornchurch, Essex and would like local delivery then please message me and order another way. E.g. Instagram (@jodiescookies) or via email (jodiescookies@hotmail.com). There may still be a charge depending on your postcode. If you are looking for Giant Cookies to be delivered, then please go to my contact page as they are no longer available via the website.

Roughly 5-6 days from the day your order was posted. After a few days you may want to stick them in the microwave for a few seconds to make them soft and gooey again!

We're working on it! We don't currently offer either of these options but would love to be able to in the near future.

I have nut-free flavours, however, I can not 100% guarantee that there will not be a trace of nuts in my cookies! Please notify me if you have any allergies before ordering and I will do my best to cater for you.

If there is something different you would like on your cookie and you cannot request this through my website, please message me first and I will confirm if I am able to fulfil your request.

My usual collection times on weekdays are 3-4pm or after 5pm and 1pm on Saturdays. However, this can vary every week so please message me before ordering if these times do not suit you.
